• Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.
• Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me IF there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. Buyer will ship to me if this is the case, I will then fix item at no charge and ship back to you.
• All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are hand-crafted with love products and I am not perfect.
